I doubt you're going to find many who have run Rollomatics and who know them well in the general machinist population.
They're pretty specialized machines and are expensive enough that there are likely very few in non-OEM shops in North America.
Have you taken your questions to the machine manufacturers?
That's kind of the obvious place to start.
