Hi everyone i have an Anilam 4200t controller on an ajax lathe which i have been having problems with turret indexing. Problem is occasionly i have to turn off machine to clear a tool change fault or the servo shuts down and wont turn back on. And when i turn the machine back on it comes up with MCB ERROR DSP CPU ERROR <80> which im guessing has something to do with not being powered down correctly. If i leave it turned off all day and turn it on in the afternoon it is ok no faults. Makes it hard to try and fix the turret issue with machine switched off all day though.
