Is the T number a concern, or is that more attributed to a batch number?

If it helps, the motor number is A06B-0502-B201 #7000 (Paul)
Other motor number is AO6B-0503-B001 (Peter)

I haven't found the right cheat sheet yet for "05" motors, but it appears that the last number in the B segment is the encoder type, meaning that the "1" in each is the same???

Give the kind folks at Tennessee Industrial a call. They're pretty good about technical/substitute data. They're who we always call. I'll bet you a PBJ they'll know.

Yeah, I'm sure, but I was hoping to git going today if I could swap.

Turns out the T1111 has about half aggin more warrs and a smaller Amphenol than the T001.

I checked with TIE a cpl few weeks ago on another encoder, and while they did help diagnose - they weren't able to sell it to me.
Yet when I google this one, their name comes up a lot.

???

I will prolly call them first - aggin....

Not able to run today, but I should be back up tomorrow!

Yay! TIE is unfortunately hit-or-miss on encoders. Dunno why. I have a couple laying around here I'd like to send 'em but they don't want them.

I took a tour of TIE in July. That place is friggin' HUGE. It's a giant warehouse, floor to ceiling, row after row of replacement Fanuc parts. Really friendly folk, too. I definitely recommend a tour if you get the chance.
