    I can find multimeters but I have no way of knowing if it will measure what I need. Will this work? Test Range: 2/20/200/750 VAC, 200mV/2/20/200/1000 VDC

    I also found a fluke 110 but I cant tell if its what I need.

    The Fluke 110 should work fine. Its spec sheet shows that on the 600mV range it has 0.1mV resolution. This is perfect. (This is basically the same meter that ss_user recommended.)

    I can't tell about "Test Range: 2/20/200/750 VAC, 200mV/2/20/200/1000 VDC" but if you can get me the manufacturer and model number I can look into it.

    Allrighty thanks for the information that my Multimeter was wrong. I found the problem, It was that some dumbass (not me) rearranged the wiring connector on the servo board. Got them put back according to print and no more runaway... Still gotta do some balancing and adjusting gain, buy I'm in a better place than I was.
