I currently have a Rebel 80 barfeeder from Edge Technologies that currently won’t load a new bar without alarming out.
The job is set up in the barfeeder as well as on my Mazak QTN 250-II MSY. The program I have for the bar change is:
9999
M206;
M65 (or M565);
M207;
The alarm happens on the M65 block and gives a 211 alarm saying that it contradicts itself, as if I’m trying to use M3 and M4 at the same time. The barfeeder is not new, it’s been working for the guy before me, but I just have to be doing something wrong. Just looking for some help, Mazak didn’t help much and neither did Edge Technologies.
