Brother Speedio M140X CNC - MPG (Manual Pulse Generator) connector wiring

I am looking for information as to connect my MPG (Tosoku Manual Pulse Generator Pendant) to the machine. I am battling to find any information as to which function has to be wired to which pin on the 12pin connector. Does anybody know?

Buy a new MPG from Paine or Yamazen. Plugs right in to the front of the machine and can be moved from machine to machine.
