Yes, I concur. Really a nice tool for 6061, free cutting and works very well in deep pockets.
A little noisy but the higher RPM you can run the better they sound, we run a 1" at 15K and its a lot quieter. Hope you have a fully enclosed machine!

pretty sure that is a Mitsubishi BDX cutter, not a Korloy

It's not a Korloy.
Doesn't have the locating studs at opposing sides of the screw hole.
Mits has never been successful against the Ripper Mill.
Their inserts break across the screw hole at the feed rates we run.

I have the Mits style of that cutter, it's a beast!

Tell me about it, my mills only got 1.5 HP & 2800 rpm, ...but I can bury my 50mm Ripper in nylon acetal PTFE etc etc and still feed it like crazy, .......the problem is I need a back hoe to shovel the chips
