Can anyone suggest a good corner rounding endmill for 6061 aluminum? I am looking for about a .125 radius, maybe a little more and a little less at times. I like the idea of about a .75 diameter indexable endmill. I found one I like, new in box on Ebay for a decent price but I am having trouble finding inserts. I don't want to buy an indexable if I cant buy replacement inserts for it. Its a Ingersoll endmill that takes Series: 15R1V inserts. Does anyone know if these inserts are available or where to get them. I have an email into Ingersoll asking where to get inserts but no answer yet.
