GEN3SYS, GEN2-TA, Original TA, AccuThread, AccuPort, Twist Drill, Structural Steel, Drilling, Reamer, Threading

Allied will hold that depth finish for a while, but will soon fade.

250PSI will help, more would be better.

I was talking about their TA spade drills. Not sure how Gen#sys does in alum?

As Ox said... Allied will fade. However for note.. their GEN 3 system rocks in aluminum...

Could just chase the hole with a reamer and let the Allied just blast away...

Gundrills will work quite well but slower...

10XD is not too bad....the 63 finish is a bit tougher. .753 is a bit of an odd diameter also....because of those 2 things...I would say gundrill. Cycle time is going to be a bit (alot) slower, tho the results are amazing. I like Drill Masters Elderado (gundrill guru's) for no other reason than their tech support is unmatched.
