Die wanted?

Anyone know where I could source a die for aluminum pipe or tube that would make this shape 1.5" aluminum tube either 6061 or 6063. Just the tube not the attachment bracket. Flare at one end slight taper crimp at the other end.

I found a company that makes this part (not the die)just the tube mill finished for $9.25 ea I have an order in. They call them tulips. I did not have any luck finding a die it is probably custom made.

This tube size might be regular for some extrusion plants. Do you need only tooling die? Not aluminum tube with 6061 or 6063 alloy? If tooling die, you can contact any mold factories.
