Hi,
I need to add a VFD to run the 3 phase spindle motor on my Clausing Kondia FV-1 that has a Dynapath Delta 20 installed. According to the schematic pdf, and by inspection, it looks like I can just run 220V single phase to the two step down transformers to run the rest of the controller. Can I just detach the three wires from the fuses that go to M1 for the spindle control, or will the controller fault do to no power being present on that circuit?
