Does anybody know the correct RS232 cable pin out for connecting a 9-pin serial to a 25-pin on a Fanuc 3T control?

I am using DNC4U with a laptop with a serial port.
I am able to download from the CNC to the PC but I cannot upload to the CNC from the PC.

DNC4U sends the code, but the CNC control wont "take" it.
The control shows a flashing "LSK" in the bottom right corner, and won't stop unless I keep pressing reset.

I've spent a while looking at different pin out configurations and there seems to be conflicting information.

If it helps at all the machine is a Citizen Cincom F12.

Thank you,

The 25 pin (Fanuc side) to 9 pin PC side is correct for a cable when using XON/XOFF handshaking. You do not need the jumped pins on the 9 pin side.

Be sure the file you are trying to send is formatted correctly. It should have a % sign then on the next line should be the program number. The ASCII characters for LF and CR should be used for the end of block.
