Doosan Puma 2600 lathe subspindle/tailstock question

Hello

Im new to the forum and have a question for the Doosan lathe gurus here. I am programming a Puma 2600 SYII (fanuc controller)to use the subspindle as a tailstock. I turned a dead center and have it clamped in the subspindle. I have had great success with it so far but had a question about how much thrust this dead center is putting on my part.

My program is basic and I am using a G300 command to advance the dead center into the part. After all machining, I am using a G301 to cancel the torque control command.

My question is how can I adjust the amount of pressure put on the part?

Thanks in advance!

Sorry that I can't remember for sure, but I seem to think this is in the blue and white Programming Manual that came with our 2600SY. Maybe the argument is the B or S in the G300 line? I do recall seeing this information in the documentation somewhere. Hope this is helpful...

John is right, we had manual with diagram as well, this is from older control, not sure if it applies to you, but "most likely / test carefully" and B it is.
