I have an acurite millpwr 2 axis cnc with what I think is a monitor screen fault. Mill has been stood for a while before I acquired it. I have replaced the bios battery and get the two beeps to start the set up but the screen is blank, just flashes yellow when turned on then nothing. My question is can a pc monitor be plugged in if the original monitor is junk?
Thanks in advance, Dave.

Yup, just plug it directly into the motherboard. I forget which connector it goes into, there are two very similar plugs in a cross cross patter under the computer int he cabinet.

Cheers Jon, there is two connectors. Furthest one into the cabinet takes the keyboard and not 100% sure but the other I think I have read is for a mouse. Should I plug the monitor into the one I have the keyboard in?
Thanks for your help.

No, There are two short cables that criss cross from the motherboard to the interface board. The front connector underneath the motherboard is your VGA connector. Plug directly in there.
