Fanuc Oi-MD Renishaw Inspection Plus documentation

Hi All,

I just received a 2009 machine with the Renishaw Inspection Plus system in it and the macros. Unfortunately, I did not receive any documentation. The Renishaw library does not appear to have the information on how to use the macros I have. The documentation for OTS and OMP40 are for newer macros starting in the 9900's.

I have a basic knowledge to call the programs with variables in the call line but I do not know what the variables should be.

Can someone help please?

Ditto what LockNut said. I have those as well. Those macros are very convenient.

Thanks, I could not find that document in the library. I am waiting for the local Renishaw rep to get my the correct manual for the system I have. Particularly the tool setter programs.

FYI, I did state that my machine does not have the programs above 9900, Renishaw uses O9921 only now.

Open up 9023. I would think you will be using easyset 99% of the time for setting up . There should be a version number in the header. Ask for that.

We have Haas machines with easyset but no documentation. The cycle cycles are generated through the VQC or the offsets.
