FANUC om control, Supermax Max1 "machine 0"

hi, new to forum. also supermax max1 with fanuc om control. lost z-axis "machine" 0 and its shows about +34.627 above where it should be. would I adjust the 702 parameter lower? my machine was running fine before. lost zero return due to hand feeding too aggressively one time, now would go past machine 0(using zero return button). got stuck at top of z,pryed axis free, reset, then lost "machine" 0.

Try zero return and then shutting off your machine and on start-up hold down P and Can (P cancel). Should return your position to zero. Had to do that a few times my self. May sure your are a slowest feed upon start-up.

Agreed! The P cancel trick is the default go to in this situation.

Thankyou for thew replies, did p-cancel tried to zero return again and yes fixed ty!!!!!!!!! damn that saved my ass big time lol im the only "machinist" in my shop so i would of been dead in the water lol. also i have the original manual in case anyone needs something looked up. :D
