The barfeeder will alarm out after almost every OSP on our Mori Seike NL2500. This started to be more frequent after the we had a company move our machines and another one hook everything back up. When you OSP and then close the door the bar feeder will kick out of auto mode and display Axis Controller Code F8030. One the CNC it will show EX0959 (M7448) Bar Feeder EMG stop. Boss has called FMB or who ever serviced us, and they said they have no idea why its doing that.
