Fadal 4th axis trouble shooting help

I recently purchased a VH-65 here on PM. It looks to be in excellent condition, with little signs of use, but the seller didn’t know if it was functioning as he had no Fadal .
My machine previously had a 4th on it before I got it. It’s wired and had a 1010 card and amplifier.
The amplifier and 1010 card appear to be working by the blinking lights and green light on the amp card.
I have air hooked to the machine and the solenoid is working I believe.

I changed my parameters per the manual and restarted the machine.

At first I was getting a #18 position error, now I’m getting a motor overload.

I’m guessing the brake is stuck.
How does the brake work? Air applied is on? I have 90# air to the machine , I tried running a separate air line to the 4th and cranked the air up to 125. I can’t hear anything moving inside the 4th, can you hear the brake engage normally?

Anything I can check prior to taking the VH-65 apart?

I restarted the machine without the 4th connected. I verified the brake air solenoid works. M60 flows Air out the fitting, M61 stops it.
Should M61 stop it indefinitely? It started flowing air and I had to give it another M61 to stop it

Turned out to be a stuck motor brush. All set now
