Haas ST-10 Coolant Gauge

I've been looking for an answer on Haas' website and can't find one.

Does anyone know how I can adjust the coolant gauge that is located in the Diagnostics section of the control panel? Right now, the lowest my machine will show is 53%. Even when the coolant level drops from there, it still shows it sitting at 53%.

Thanks in advance for any tips.

I'd pull the float switch and see if you can get more range manually first. It could be sticking.

Ya depending on how old the machine is they do tend to stick.

Might be a bad switch and/or connection.

We've got 5 newer Haas machines and one of them is on its second bad float switch, under warranty. The first one read zero regardless of float position, and the second is now reading 100%.
