Question Haas ST30 Bar Feeder Not Pushing First Piece of Every Bar to Specified Length

So as my title states, we have an a Haas ST30 with bar feeder that does not push first piece of every new bar to the specified length. After completing G105 the the machine will run its cycle, what is weird is that every piece after that until we get to a brand new bar will get pushed to the right dimension.

This is not just for this specified program, I ran through other programs on the machine and they all have this issue.

    Any thoughts on this?

Might help if you tell us which barfeeder you have...

Are you making a top cut on the beginning of each bar to qualify its length?

sounds like a top cut position, is it a servo loader?

Then you should have a setting in the barfeed controller for "top cut position", or "initial insert position", or something that sounds like "PLACE I GO WHEN I LOAD A NEW BAR".... Change that position...
