hardinge chnc1 need help carrige plate missing

hello to everyone

i just bought a hardinge chnc1 lathe and it is missing a plate that covers 3 micro switches
and 1 of the switches is loose i attached a picture of the missing plate if anyone has a machine
like this and could send me a picture of the plate and how the switch is supposed to be installed
i would greatly appreciate it thanks Jeff

I've never thought to look what's under that cover on mine, now I know.

One thing I would suggest doing is removing the top covers on the back of the carriage and checking how clean and dry it is around the encoder board (the part encased in rubber), I've just tried to get a price for a new one as mine failed due to contamination and the message from Hardinge is that they are discontinued with no alternative available
