Help! Manuals for Weiler Lathe machine with Sinumerik 805 control

Hi friends,

We have a Weiler Lathe machine fitted with Sinumerik 805 control. Machine can startup and can move the axis in Jog mode, but unable to use the machine further because have no information about how to operate this machine and the programming sequences.

As of now, without "Zero return" of the X & Z axis, Sinumerik 805 control does not even release pages associated with spindle control, MDI or programming sequences. not even machine parameters comes on screen. We have have to start from scratch to learn & operate this machine.

It would be very pleasing if anyone of you have any info on Operations manual, Maintenance or Programming manuals for a Weiler Lathe machine fitted with Siemens Sinumerik 805 control. This could help us to get started with this machine and give our machine a new life.

I have these Sinumerik 805 control manuals, downloaded from Siemens site but they did not seem to suit with our weiler machine. I believe, on this weiler E90 Lathe Machine, its Sinumerik 805 control has been customized with a front end s/w from weiler. So, the operator screen looks very different from what is seen on Siemens manuals, unfortunately...

You're now 6 months in. Have all issues been resolved? How is that Rough Grooving Cycle working out for you?
