Looking for a high-def plasma table manufacturer recommendation.

Material: 1”-2.5” A36
Work envelope: 5’x10’ or greater
Budget: Productivity & reliability >> upfront $.

Hypertherm’s flagship power supply looks like the way to go for piercing the 2.5”.

Thank y’all in advance. Appreciate your time.

I think your gonna have to step up and put a real number on the price.

just need a table that will hold that kind of weight. probably be 100K.
as for manufacturers, there are many.....

Yes sir.

Regarding the manufacturers, in my limited knowledge I've been looking at AKS Rhino and Messer thus far.

The budget is fairly flexible.. though not looking to get bent over or over spend on features that are not required for the op.

I should have mentioned the machine is going to be dedicated to work that only requires 3Axes

Uhm....doo you mean "2-axis" ??

Or doo you want a bevel head on the torch ?

the third axis would be the Z axis for the piercing operation. Unless that is the incorrect nomenclature.

Edit: In previous post I was thinking in terms of the machine capacity, not in terms of simultaneous movement during cutting process. .. ie a 5 axis mill may only be using the trunnion for positioning the work for simple 2-axis operations - but it is still a 5 axis mill. I know you are aware of that, but it was the thought process utilized.
