Hitachi Seiki TF15 Issue

Hi Folks,

Will try to keep it short,

Initially Hitachi Seiki TF15 (Seicos LIII) was giving an error on X axis. A turret could manually move in X direction for a few "mm" only and then threw an alarm. Apparently an engineer swap X axis with Z axis and confirmed X,Z axis drive being faulty. ADU20F2S was sent for repair. Up to this point it was I have been told.

I bought machine as is and before shipping we have fit ADU20F2S back in to machine. The screen alarms are as fallow:

906 PCU Circuit protector in the 3rd axis is in OFF position,
890 Regenerative Resistor in the 3rd axis overheated,

But from my understanding the 3rd axis relates to spindle drive, completely different ADU unit: ADU75FP
There is only one switch on this ADU and when moved to OFF position (as part of trial) it generates another alarm.
-not sure on the number but text is as ADU Circuit protector in the 3rd axis is in OFF position,

So I am thinking this is not ADU75FP either but I cannot locate PCU unit in this machine. I have the manual for Seicos LIII/A but schematic seems to not match or I am just bad on reading it.

Finally, I noticed plastic switch under ADU75FP was in OFF position. When moved to ON position machine generates 802 alarm.

I am unsure if the "fix" to ADU20F2S causing an issue (I mean they made it worst) or issue sits elsewhere. Thye told me I can send unit back but a bit worry now what will they do to it.

Not sure where to go next. Appreciate help on this.

Attached are the screen shot of the alarms.

I have machine with me so can provide any data required.
