I don't know about HSK, but my boss got one for our BT30 off of Ebay (no name china made) that was so inexpensive i expected it to be made from tin foil.
That thing is rock solid and rolls around perfectly!

My dad bought a BT40 one off of ebay, his is blue with red inserts.
I had similar expectations to you, but I also can vouch that it's actually good.
