I need technical support for Deckel FP50CC

The problem is as follow:



When the system starts, the sequence of starting runs normally and then it finally gives the indicated status in attachments.

Pushing green control ON button in the operator panel has no effect i.e. (drives not start), the machine then gives no error messages and no alarms as indicated in attachment "monitor1.jpg". But the abnormal behavior is that after the sequence of starting is finished:

The (READY) led in the NPC card is ON whereas the (RUN) led in this card is OFF as indicated in attachment "Dialog11.jpg"
The (CNC) led in the NSV card is OFF as indicated in attachment "Dialog11.jpg"
Please give help to fix this problem

Unfortunately, there are very few people on PM who know about the Dialog 11. I was not even aware that Dialog 11 overlapped with DMG as opposed to Deckel alone. There are some Dialog 11 posts by Milacron (site owner) about his troubleshooting a Dialog 11 machine. Your best hope is to have two machines so you can swap boards between them.
