No initial initialization on the monitor.
I tried to initialize the MC116 using the dip switches 1 and 3, to no avail.
On the MC116 board, 1 red and two green LEDs are constantly on. When attempting to initialize with switches 1 and 3 on the MC116, the red and two green LEDs are also constantly on.
Initial initialization on the monitor screen is missing.
Tell me the solution to the problem.
