    At least not exactly....

The only strength required for the unturned is enough to support the rollers, which is right up against the parent bar.

Form tooling is a completely different deal where torque does actually come into play.

I have no clue on S/F

I will dig a little and see if I can find a program, but don't hold your breath.

OK, I found this one quickly enough:

    N3T505(BOX TOOL)
    M13S600
    G0X0Z.2
    G1Z-.1F5.
    Z-.9F30.
    Z-4.25F8.S2000
    S400
    G4X1.5
    G0Z.2
    T0X15.M5

The blank must have been prepped back 1" already near as I can figger from the code.
I think the one above was 1/2" stock down to 1/4".

This one below was 5/8 stock for sure, and also down to 1/4".

    N3T909(BOX TOY)
    G97
    G98
    G10P0X-.015Z-9.136(WAS Z-9.196)
    G20
    M13S300
    G0X-.01Z.1
    G1Z-.18F20.
    Z-.25F3.
    X-.004Z-6.41S700F3.
    X-.008
    S200
    G4X.5
    G1X-.03Z.5F400.
    G0T0X15.M5

The funny X codes above are likely edit-in's to comp out whatever issues may have been seen at the time.
    I don't know.

Here is the crude but effective solution I have used. No brand name on these. You could make them. OD is 1.25"
