So last December on one of our new machines we put a lightly used LNS Servo 80 S2 that the dealer had. I was used to the Quik Load models that were pnuematic, we have a couple of them, and with those we always push to a stop on the turret. This barloader has worked very well for the most part. Now we have a job that is extremely competitive and high volume. I would like to just have it push the bar out without bringing a stop block down. It always pushes it too far. I have the correct length programmed in the barloader control and the bar is tight against the push rod. don't believe it's coasting. I have talked to our apps guy and he says he just always uses a stop block because it's safer. We do have a servo bar loader 12 ft model on our Miyano machine and we use it without a stop all the time. Any ideas?
