I'm one of the lucky folks who managed to get a working GT27 from GT CNC (Dynamic Machine Resource) without any grief. But, the phones are not being answered anymore and BBB ratings would indicate they've packed it in. So I have no channel for tech support. Can anybody recommend a knowledgable resource for me. Really, this is likely more to do with the Fagor 8050 than the Compact GT27. Specifically, right now I'm looking to get my full system backed up. I know how to backup GCode files through the serial port, but I want ALL machine settings backed up and I need to understand it. I'm happy to pay an hourly consulting fee. This would be remote support by phone. Thx.
