Renishaw OMI-2H wiring pin out

Does anyone happen to have the pin out for a Renishaw OMI-2H receiver? It's the 16 pin plug, 2 rows of 8. Tried to obtain a cable from Renishaw but they refuse to send me the part instead they want to exchange it for $1400.00 plus core deposit- I can buy a new one for that much money so I guess I'm left with making my own cable or just buying a new receiver...

I've previously run across that thread but unfortunately the pinout I need is on the OMI itself where the 16 pin plug is. Its hard to say how the 10 pin cable end plug translates to 16 pins at the OMI, could be combined outputs, jumpers, or just unused pins... I might just have to wait until I buy a WIPS system for my other mill and take apart the OMI to make a duplicate of the cable.
