Custom tool or dress half the form to a surface grinder wheel and come in twice with the part turned/rotated 24* to the left and then 24* to the right with a blue up and tickle off the blue with the second side grind.
24* will just miss the other side with the correct wheel width,
Good the engineer made it that wide or it would be a tough SG job. (worth his salt)
A tool bit to that half form would also work in a shaper/planner cut, after a straight slot was made..
Straight end mill, then one made to a form but less wide to make right side / left side pass..

I have had tools made by a local carbide grinding company to do very similar profiles. 3mm square mill 3mm deep before profile cutter. At least in the cases I have seen the tools are cheaper and better from them even at qty 1 or 2 than it would be to spend the time making it yourself. But if you don't have a carbide shop locally do as michiganbuck said.

With having a surface grinder you might buy a small end mill. Grind the 24* and large radius and so end mill the form. Yes need a rorating head or V block.
Yes then another grind to make the .25 rad.
That could have been designed a simple bevel..Engineer lost his salt...

is this not a Parker Hannifin oring slot? Many people sell them as standards, both with and without a drop hole.
