Hi, I'm trying to help out a customer of mine. Apparently they are having premature failure on the X axis ball screws for some MAG Specht 500s. According to them they notice that the ballscrew "vibrates up and down" during run in. Based off calculation critical speed might be an issue for the initial ramp up. Has anyone seen this before? Any solutions, other than slowing down?
