Hello Forum,
So as I have been fixing issues on this old Ra-3F I have run into a few air leaks. They are actually in the valves them selves. The pallet clamp unclamp valve and the pallet auto door valve. They are manufactured by CKD, the clamp valve is a 4f220-08-ac100v and the door is a 4f230-08 (100v). Anyway Im getting air leaking though the valve and exiting the exhaust port on the clamp valve. Basically I can hear it hiss. On the auto door, it slowly opens itself without being commanded open over about an hour or two. My question is can these valves be taken apart, cleaned and repaired (maybe a rebuild kits are out there)? Or should they just be replaced with new valves.
Thank you
Matt
