Hello guys;
Our machine is doing something weird.
If the operator opens the machine door the proper way, meaning( Set the set up switch to one then push the door button to open the door, no problems.
But now if by mistake tries to open the door without turning the set up switch to 1,the X axis drops down almost 1/2" and goes back to position if you turn the set up switch back to 0. Other machines don't do that. it just gives you a warning ..
We have already changed X axis motor (with a brake incorporated in it and the encoder with the same result.
Any help please.
