Mazak QT20 Spindle will not run

Hello all, we have a 1989 Mazak QT20 the spindle won't run, no errors on the screen, no alarm lights in the back, no strange sounds, was running normally prior to the Christmas shut down, anyone have any ideas where to start?

What does the lights indicate on the Freqrol drive, there's a vertical line of green led's that show the drive condition via a chart on the front panel?
