Mazak QT250MSY Alarm 406 Memory Protect

I am not sure what exactly is causing my 406 alarm (Memory Protect) to trigger in this case. We were running parts perfectly fine and when I inserted my USB stick to collect a program from the Data I/O screen I received this blue screen. Upon restarting machine I am now locked out of editing my programs yet my key is in the correct position. Any extra info on this matter would be awesome!

Blue screen of death. Have you tried booting it in safe mode? Instructions are on the screen to do so. May have self repair diagnostic info.

We ended up opening the controller and checking to make sure the connections were good to go on the switch and we noticed that one of the wire connections was loose so that may have been causing the memory protect alarm. I will boot up in safe mode and give that a try and if I can't manage I believe we are going to get Mazak in here to take a look. Thank you.
