Default Mazatrol 357 Start Error (CRR/SFT position) Alarm

Our Mazak Integrex i-100ST will not execute a tool change and keeps giving the alarm 357: Start error (CRR/SFT position). All the manual says to do is "move the shifter beforehand to the ATC position." The shifter is already in the ATC base position. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!

No idea. But move shifter away and then back? Sensor in half position? I get that on one machine and just jog the magazine in any direction. Not an Integrex though.

Mine is a mk4 but make sure the shifter is in the correct place. I have a diagram out of the manual that came laminated on my machine for this very reason.
