Does anyone knows how to measure pullstud gripper clamping force? And the standard clamping force for BT50 spindle.
I had 2 identical toyoda FH630SX with BT50 spindle. Both producing the same product with exact same tools.
The second on was having unstable results on fine boring.
I have suspicion on pullstud gripper clamping force, since it has tendencies to dent pullstuds more than the other.
Already checked the spindle with test bar and got just 0.004mm of runout, it shouldn't be the tapper.
I was also try swapping all the tools between both machines and got the same results, the second machine still unstable.
If anyone having another opinion in this case feel free to convey.
Thankyou anyone
