So it seems like all the spiders are crawling out my machines this year, last week it was the Fanuc keypad that needed a good cleaning and re-soldering and now its the mitsubishi
I turned on the control and the first thing that came up was "Z31 DATA SERVER ERROR" and some scribbles next to it that I couldn't figure out. Now that has gone away and I get "Y05 INIT PARAM ERR"
Have I lost all my parameters? And with that I assume all my programs? If I go into the parameter screen there is info in it but the rest of the pages look wonky. On the program edit page it gives me a "E51 FILE OPEN ERROR". It did not give me any warning about a low battery but I did find a single 3.6V in the cabinet and next to it the red light for battery error is lit.
If I have how would I input the parameters? I have a backup of them on my pc. I used to have the machine connected via ethernet but if I remember properly that just accesses the card so I disconnected it and have just been taking the card in and out and transferring programs on it from my pc,then into the machine.
