We moved a DWC90C WEDM, and now it gives Error 70, "EP Condition" which means Electric Power.
Voltage was 208 before & after the move.
Actual voltage is 209 - 210 on all 3 phases (really good balance since we are 50ft from main distribution panel)
Arrow on water pump indicates correct rotation (tried both ways anyway).

The only difference is, there used to be a ground wire to a stake in the ground. Now that is missing. But it is grounded through the plug.
After all the hard work getting the other problems solved, this is frustrating! I will be putting a 'scope on the line. Also found a ground stake about 25ft away, will try that.

Any ideas?

Added ground wire to building frame.
Wye voltage is 117V - 118V to earth on all 3 lines.
Delta voltage is 203V - 204V on all 3.
(With pumps running.)

Axis can move, water pumps OK, wire feeds OK, program can load, program can edit, but won't "plot" the path on the screen, that's when Err 70 occurs.
An existing, tested program, data looks fine in edit mode. We didn't even try to turn on the burn current yet.
This machine always worked fine on 208V before. Hard to believe 204 is too low? Besides, it's 209 with the pump off and still error 70.

Try switching your L1 L2 L3 to (L2 to L1) (L3 to L2) (L1 to L3) rotations should remain but check

Any chance you disturbed some dust in the cabinet during the move?
Contactor that acquired some resistance

Dust! HAHAHAHA! :ack2:

Yeah, I'll try flipping the legs.
Another great blunder was swapping the water hoses, blew the sludge right through the system, whole table full of black ink. Probably cost us a cartridge. However, an hour of running the pumps brought the water condition back to near normal.

What we don't get is, why it won't "trace" the graphic on the screen. We aren't asking it to move, or burn, or anything.
Thought "EP Condition" might mean EPAK or Parameters, but reloaded them and no difference. It picks a funny time to check the power, when you're not using any.
