Hello, I have a series one Bridgeport with an Anilam crusader m system on it from 1992. I had problems with the limit switchs since I got it about a month ago, but I was focused on getting it actually running properly and got all those bugs figured out. The other day it died and after about 4 hours of tracing wires and testing things I found the solid state relay died on it along with a small switching transistor on the board # PCB 502 901-162 REV B. I swapped out the board with a working one off eBay but now when I power up the machine, one of the auxiliary relays at the bottom of the cabinet closes and I can't run a program or jog the servos. However the servos do come on as they should, when I pull the relay everything is fine and I can run it normally. The limit switches have yet to work properly. I have checked continuity to every wire at both ends with no problems to be found. Really stumped as to why this is.
