I searched and I am having a hard time locating a dove tail cutter to make a o ring groove 30 degree per side, 9/16 deep and .675 wide at the top.

Any suggestions

Solid carbide dovetail tool?
This would usually be done with a steel dovetail body with a carbide form tool clamped on top.
One piece may be cheaper in carbide if you plan on resharpening the carbide many times but this is an expensive chunk of stock.
Brazed tip on a existing dovetail holder and get somebody to wire the form?
Peterson and Crowley, among others (Cole ,Spec Tool, Knight, Wit-Son and at least 10 others along with a podunk shop in Flushing), but I may be misunderstanding what you are looking for.
I don't know of any "off the shelf" suppliers for this and specials are not cheap at one tool.
Hopefully somebody here knows a stock standard supplier for this.
Bob, (the totally useless guy here. :toetap:.)

We use a large od one...probably 1-3/8" diameter, three flute insertable from Dorian, probably got from Curtis. This tool is NOT a double angle cutter though, not sure if that is what you are after, like a dovetail and a chamfer tool all in one.
