Hi does it have a fanuc 6T control? If it does you have to hit the CON button once then wait a few seconds and push it again.

After Main on, then Power on, then "Control On" to fire up the CNC.

I'm not exactly sure what you're saying here but I think we had a similar problem with an SL-2 and it ended up being the main breaker.
One leg wasn't making contact because it was old and worn out. Part of the machine would power up but we couldn't power it up all the way.
You can check by checking all 3 legs going in to and out of the breaker and make sure they're all getting power.
The way the breaker was made though, was good because I was able to take it apart and shim the bad contactor in there until a replacement arrived.

I have a few fanuc 6t boards if you end up needing one,
I just scrapped a couple machines that ran good and kept the boards
Ill give you a much better deal then buying from fanuc
