Our company recently bought a new (to us) Swiss turn. Part of the deal was we also got this old 1994 Miyano lathe that didn't run and hasn't run in 4-5 years.
We sent the amplifier rack out for repair and it came back (almost three months later) with the wrong ladder in it (also the wrong video card but that's another story). Does anyone know a source for a ladder for a machine this old? The place we used for repair (MRO in Tennessee) doesn't like to return phone calls and I get the impression the sales rep doesn't know his job very well.
