ex 1004 O.T Fanuc Alarm

Am using a fanuc oi-td series and when sometimes using the machine,this EX 1004 O.T Fanuc Alarm will just show on the screen and sometimes very difficult to clear the alarm. We have change the limit switch but still and this type of alarm can't be found in the manual.

I need help.

EX alarms are generated and their meaning is determined by the machine builder, not Fanuc. Does your operation or maintenance manual from the machine builder not cover their alarms?

An intermittent alarm of this type often comes from a bad connection somewhere or a failing/broken wire in a cable.

No it is not in the manual, All the alarms that start with EX are not in the fanuc series oi-model D manual and the machine builder is weldserts & myday CNC.
