We are not graduates of the Wrustle School for the Dramatic Arts, so here it is...

Brother R650; Sankyo 4th w/Orange dual vise on both pallets; Mist collection/Coolant washdown/Chip conveyor.

Lone regret - not having window on right side of machine. With the number of folks that stand there mesmerized by this baby changing tools, making chips, etc. we probably could have paid for it by now just charging admission.

Where did you get those dope trunnions for the 4th axis? I like them.

We have a couple of those, the make life sooooo much easier on some jobs...from 6 ops to two. We met Stan Martin at IMTS, nice guy, nice product, we tell him what 4th axis we have, and he builds the plug to go into the 4th and the tailstock to match. The unit is flat, parallel and square to the table within 0.001" - pretty good right out of the box.

BTW, which Sankyo units are those? They look pretty big for the brother.
