Yup. Electricians got a bit carried away. I added a couple of those for my toys. Nice to have 400A service though.

Uuugh biggest we can get residential here is 200A service. I am stuck with 100A until I upgrade (may be moot since I'm buying a shop).

Frigid 65 degrees here today. Brrr

Used to think that the new car smell was the bomb, but nothing compares to new CNC smell. Gotta tell you the speedio sure does look like quality. And the casting on th e S1000 is significantly beefier than the 300/500/700. And service has been spectacular so far. My Yamazen sales rep actually drove 2:30 hrs to me just to hang out while the machine was unpackaged and moved. Can't wait to fire it up. Just need to get my damn 3 phase power working. Uggh

Make sure you take some time and wipe all the protective grease oil of the inside of the machine.

Pay attention to your setup guy and ask lots of questions.
