I can get the machine to run the G81.4 gear hob cycle and I have it ending with the G80.4; then M46;. Run through the rest of the program and then when it gets to the hob cycle on the next part, it alarms out with EX4430 (M7818) HOBBING MODE alarm. I have to play around with the C axis and Live tooling orientation/homing to get it to run the cycle again. Cant quite pinpoint what is letting it run again though. Anyone come across this before?
