NC Card: HR621B
The milling machine VIPER V-950 stopped working 1 month ago.
The NC Card replied to the PC with a CARD NOT READY.
The card is a HR621B from Mitsubishi.
The problem came when the battery on this card failed and we replaced it without taking care of the procedure.
So, I think the card has lost some parameters.
Now, the milling is working again but the Feed Rate button does not work correctly.
When the button is @ 25%, the milling is working at full speed and when we change it at 100%, the monitor show an error: overspeed.
I tried to find the parameter in MAGICMON software, but I am lost.
Any help to solve the problem will be fine
